Camping Couture?

When it is announced that your annual birthday trip to see family in Indiana has become a trip to the
 KOA-Cherokee, NC campground.  You may think I was disappointed.  W H A T?
There was like NO wireless service, so you will have to get a re-cap of 5 days in 5 pictures.
So, here are the ingredients for a successful birthday in the Smokies.
First, get a visit from your fabulous niece from No Model Lady (a great blog).
I love her even though her beauty eclipses everything!

Second, make sure to wear makeup so you look good for the blog....woops.  Ok, at least smile and PRETEND you are wearing makeup and looking good for the picture.   Seriously, I go low maintenance when camping ladies.

Third and most important, have one of your sisters drive all the way from Indiana with some of her family just to help celebrate my birthday.....at a campground.  That ladies is true love!  We laughed, (I cried) and my kids got to see a very fun side of me! Thanks Charlotte!!

Fourth, take dignified pictures with the birthday candles....y e a h.....
(yes, that's a 4 & 7.  I turned 47-deal with it) lol

Fifth, is to have your sisters family take your family to dinner at
Paula Deens at the Harrah's in Cherokee, NC.  YUM.  I had so much "Gooey Butter Cake"! hello heaven!

Sixth, is to get in touch with your inner self.

Seventh, find some REAL party animals.  Seriously.
And most important....Don't do drugs.  Which brings me to this picture.  It's in an arcade near the entrance to the miniature golf.  I just stood there going "Charlotte, I don't understand".  We just laughed.  But seriously, what the HECK does this mean????  What drugs???  I am so going to lose sleep over this. LOLOL!

I am glad to be back and have missed all my blog reading.  I can't wait to catch up.  Oh, and Brett?  The prairie skirt from the last post?  It was from The Limited!! you are good.
